Just a hint on bottleing, if you have a dishwasher that is a grate place to bottle as you just run the dishwasher when you sre done and it is all clean

This is so cool. Before being combined with the grains, the water is heated to a temperature that is hotter than the desired temperature for enzymatic activity. Now is it agin' on wood (french oak) and smells better from week to week. I have ordered many things from the internet, and never before have I received such a beautiful product.
